As long as you connect it via Bluetooth. My TV is brand new and it sent an update for the remote which this one will not take. The update is for stability. I've tried everything. The original remote takes the update but you can only have one remote connected to the TV at a time. I've looked everywhere on how to fix this and can't find anything. I guess I'll have to live with it or go back to the original remote which does take the update.
