Apply it to the itchy area. It stings when applied to the broken skin, but clears up the case of athlete's foot much faster than anything else I have tried. I don't even mind the "fragrance" This is also great to remove the gummy left behind when removing a sticker. It works well on glass, plastic dvd covers and other plastics.
