Push them back in and the last few inches are soft close. Each time I use them they are getting easier to use and smoother. They look so good and have made a useless cupboard into a pantry. Makes getting stuff at the back so easy to get to. I ordered six baskets and only used five in the cupboard so have put one in another 600m cupboard and taken the existing shelf out. The shelf was low and i kept tea towels and place mats on it due to no more drawer space. It's great that I can just pull the shelf out now without having to get nearly on my knees to put things away. My cabinet is 565mm interior dimension.
