One of my plates arrived with a chipped edge, the customer service was very prompt and responsible, immediately refilled it without any hassle. Very impressed. Ordered the matching set of cups.

I just received these and haven’t actually used them yet. They seem to be very nice quality and pretty. They were packed superbly. Lots of cardboard to recycle but not one broken or chipped dish!
