**Q: are these for human consumption or for animals?**
A: They are packaged for human consumption.

**Q: is this raw?**
A: An oat groat is not considered raw when heat has disrupted the germ so it will not sprout.  It depends on the supplier; most use steam to get the hull off.  We are not provided that information from the supplier at this time.

**Q: Can it be sprouted?**
A: I do not think so.

**Q: This is hulless?**
A: My last bag had hulls, very disapointed but kept them.
