I'm using it for the latter, and it seems to work well. It arrived on time and leak-free, but with the weight, I feel the packaging could have been better. Although that would push up the cost.

I can't how strong but it is not very strong, so should be used neat for eg. cleaning copper or windows, and half strength for boiling to descale kettles. Since it's pretty cheap this is fine. I will buy again.
