I didn't appreciate from the description that it is an oscillating vibrating board, but it is well made and technically does what it says it will. I bought it to get my circulation and muscles moving after a lengthy bout of illness and it makes me feel great- very relaxed and my muscles feel energised. It is not as powerful as a gym machine, but ideal for home, given its size. It packs a punch for how neat it is. I look forward to using it, and only do 10 mins max at a time.
