The fact that the doorbell unit does not require batteries and the door bell outside unit is touch sensitive and does not have an actual button are both plusses to us. It had a couple choices of ringers and the volume was barely loud enough.So when I started setting this one up, I was VERY surprised. First off, there were dozens of ring tones to choose from.
