I received this yesterday and was ready to use ten minutes after. Very easy set up. The bench is solid and very sturdy. The cushion has a good thickness to support the various positions that different exercises require. I am 6'4 and was a bit concerned about the length, but the bench allows me to sit at the end and lay back down with full support while doing dumbell chest exercises.
