After years of using tin roasting pans, I wanted a stainless steel one, but the price made me hesitate. I mentioned to my friend that I bought mine used, and then I showed her the roasting pan. I explained that it truly was “like new,” and she agreed. This pan is very sturdy, and deep. I was pleasantly surprised that is came wish w V shaped roasting rack, a level roasting rack (on which the V shaped rack could be placed, and in addition to that, a meat baster was included. This baster even included a mini brush to use for cleaning the baster, a class act! It is made from stainless steel that I was able to clean and make it look new again.
