The company appears to have stopped making it and does not sell the battery separately. I have purchased older ones online, from Amazon and ebay, and they do not work. They appear to be an Australian version and are not connecting to the wifi. So, buyer beware now. I would love it if the company will make this again, but I have not found it yet.My previous review: The camera performs very well, but software app very buggy and I had to do a lot of firmware and software upgrades before it worked. Then it still wouldn't work then suddenly it did, even though I had not changed anything else from day to the next day. It is broadcasting right now without any computer right to Ustream, and I am using a mini ipad to monitor the picture. The picture is excellent-- so clear. I am broadcasting at 720 (Dilliecam on Ustream if you want to see how clear the picture is.) A few things that did not work as expected: the battery power only lasts about 20 mins. Not the 1 1/2 hrs they said it would. I discovered it does not work with Airport but does work with a linksys dual band wireless router just fine. The setup software froze a lot. The HD broadcasting in the specification refers only to a 720p transmission. I was able to successfully broadcast a live wedding event from California; several folks watched it live in the US, India, Bahrain, etc. Looks like it works best when there is minimal interference for wireless communication between the Logitech Broadcaster Wi-Fi webcam and the wireless router. If you are the IT expert in your family, go for it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars As advertised, with a mounting caveat *by N***T on Reviewed in the United States on September 14, 2013* Once set up with a computer on a particular wireless network, the best part of these cameras is the ability to stream HD Live video (AND have it saved for further viewing and uploading), just by waiting for the green light and then press the button. I have two and switch between them, not seamlessly - there is a blank period on the broadcast - but it WORKS!If you have a computer at webcast time, you can remotely switch between the two as well; the ability to pan and zoom within the image is another great feature. Awesome, actually.The lag time between live at the camera and ustream website viewing is between 20 and 45 seconds, depending upon video resolution and available network bandwidth.My singular complaint, and significant for me, is the instability of the mounting system. There are two knock-offs:1. The black cylinder is the mount (also a protective case, a great feature, but...) that sits on a surface, as shown in the picture.The first problem is a bump either of the surface or the camera mount itself causes the entire thing to fall over because the system is top-heavy (the case (cylinder) is now empty with the camera resting on top). It is very handy, however in a stabile environment; simple and effective.2. The more troubling concern is you would think using a tripod would resolve the problem. Unfortunately that does not help because the camera adheres to the mount using a magnet in the cover of the cylinder. Again, a bump and the camera now falls off the mount and onto the ground.
