My biggest complaint is that it covers up the cool green Surface Pro 9 that I "Had to have!" It does cover up my beautiful machine. My other favorite case has clear plastic panels surrounded by black tactical looking bumpers. Everyone can still see my great taste in computers! LOL. But this Omnpak cover does support the keyboard while the other one doesn't. I'll take function over beauty any day My only other minor gripe is that the design of this case does not allow you to use those hubs that plug into and stick to the side of your Surface. Nor will it allow usage of a 90 degree USB-C plug. The result is that you're forced to use a USB-C device that sticks out of the side of your computer. It feels like something is going to come aling and break the plug off, rendering the port ot computer useless. This is more of a design flaw of the Surface, not Omnpak. I have found the exact same issue with the other cases I have tried as well. (photos attached) I don't know about the durability of this case. I will update if I have any future problems. I am extremely satisfied with this case.
