Side note, I also switched to bar soap and conditioner so I would use this in place of conditioner, I tried doing both once and my hair was greasy. This is my holy grail of conditioners.I use it with every shower - shampoo, apply a flat tblsp to your hair ( my hair is mid back), comb through, put it up w a clip, allow to absorb for about 5-10 min.Deep condition: apply to moist hair, comb through, put shower cap on, let it sit for 30min, rinse.Your hair will thank you! **Q: Can I leave this in overnight?** A: We typically don't recommend overnight usage of this mask.
