The divider blade is 3 pieces of stainless steel joined together (they look similar to a fan) that drop in your pan to divide the space in to 3 sections making it so you can use 1 pan to cook 3 different things at the same time without them all mixing together. I don't have a pressure cooker anyway so wouldn't know the size of them so I use mine in my ordinary everyday saucepan without any problem at all.
