**Q: I am having hard time in deciding which one is the best for me, twist lock or non twist lock that mite loosen overtime?**
A: This will be a choice of personal preference because they are both great foot rings.  If the manual tightening version comes loose over time, you can always tighten it back up.

**Q: Does anyone know what the tube diameter is? It looks to be a 1 inch diameter tubing.  Thanks!**
A: The tube diameter on the chrome ring is 3/4" (0.75").

**Q: What's the diameter of the whole in the center? In other words what's the thickest pole it can fit onto?**
A: Thanks for asking!  These foot rings have a center to accept a 2" pole or gas cylinder.

**Q: Would this usable or recommended for gaming office chair?**
A: If the gaming chair has a standard post on it like an office chair, then yes I would say it would fit. I use mine on my counter high office chair and it works great. Also I would recommend it for chairs taller than standard height (standard = when feet rest on the floor), otherwise the foot ring wouldn't be very effective.
