The black weight (Code 11) was for couter weight to pull back the chord when you pull it out of the spout andis attached to the hose (Code 10) about 14 inches from the base of outlet tube (Code 6). A little hard to figure out based on the incomplete diagram and limited instructions but went to Youtube and searched on "how to install a Keewei Kitchen Faucet Brushed Nickel" for ideas.. Otherwise very satisfied with how nice it came out and made the wife happy.
