What I found out when it arrived was that simply cutting a Thermacell Mosquito Repellent Mat in half (on the long side) results in two pieces that fit perfectly in this device. If you use two mats together (to maximize the device's repellent abilities) in the two slots, one Thermacell Mosquito Repellent Mat does the job with absolutely no waste, so I couldn't' be happier! The device is well-built, solid, works very well as both a mosquito repellent device (with two "strength" modes, you can repel mosquitoes around the campsite as well as a smaller area like a tent), includes a great little lantern with four modes of brightness, ranging from a ~4W night light all the way up to ~40W bulb, and other nice features (including an excellent and durable carrying case), is definitely something I'll be taking along with me on a LOT of camping trips (not to mention when I'm just relaxing in my hammock in the back yard)!
