This was the time when stuff did what it was supposed to do, and didn't break if you looked at it the wrong way. These clippers are super sturdy, and cut like they're supposed to. None of the junk that pulls hair instead of cuts it like my last Wahl clippers I got. Yes, you'll pay more, but you won't be replacing these any time soon, or maybe ever.
