They are very well-made and sturdy. The D rings are thick and solid. The vehicle straps are strong and easy to adjust. The straps were very comfortable and I was able to get a great fit quickly. It was incredibly easy to hook them up to the cable machine and I was able to get a good pull for glute activation. The strap under my foot, aided in stability, preventing them from sliding up my leg or punching my leggings. These have a permanent place in my gym bag, and I look forward to using them for the foreseeable future.

I've been using this for quite some time now and it's cheap and gets the job done. I don't really use the second strap that goes under your shoes, I don't think it's necessary for the workouts I do but it's a cool feature.
