I love the convenience of these, and that you're getting a higher dose of cinnamon (serving size is 3 capsules per day, so you get a two month supply). I'm primarily taking this to help my body burn fat, but I love that cinnamon offers a lot of benefits, so while I haven't noticed any weight loss or anything yet (I also need to get back to eating clean and working out...), I also have only been taking it pretty regularly for a few weeks. But I feel better and have more energy lately. The quality seems good, although I've never used this brand before, but their packaging clearly states the ingredients, as well as the amount of cinnamon you get in 3 capsules. I take cinnamon to help regulate my blood sugar and I was glad to find these pills. I'm not sure how effective it is but I believe it helps. I find the amount on this one confusing it says 7500mg but then it also says equivalent to 375mg so I'm not really sure how to compare it to other versions I have taken. It is a serving of 3 capsules per day, and it seems like a pretty high amount so I will stick to my normal 2 per-day routine. I take one in the morning and 1 in the evening with meals and this has worked for me in the past. I've recently heard that taking Ceylon cinnamon is safer if you take it regularly. Regular cinnamon contains a lot of coumarin, which can be toxic in large quantities.Cinnamon helps with a lot of things and overall it's a great supplement. You have to take three of these capsules but they are smaller than most.
