Prior to purchasing I read through the reviews and noted several state they are "true to size". I normally wear between an 8.5 and 9 shoe, so I purchased the 9 in the skate; my mistake, I should have ordered the 8. Though the 9 fits OK, it is a bit large and I believe the 8 would have fit better. Aside from that, they came with ABEC5 bearings, which I immediately switched out with ABEC9's, which made a big difference in the free-flow of the skates. I skated in them for about 3.5 hours, after which they were still comfortable, mostly. The only issue I had is they are a bit snug just in front of the heel and I ended up with very small blisters on both feet (NOTE: this may be more of an issue if you have wide feet, I have narrow feet and many of the narrow shoes are still loose around the heels on me). But, for the price of the skates, I would say they are worth the money and am hoping that with a few more skating sessions I will get the broke in better. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ok, I'm a little biased... *by P***R on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on June 8, 2013* I purchased a similar pair waaay back when I was 20. Needless to say, I am super excited to have my blades back in my life, so I can act like I'm exercising while having fun at the same time.I wear a 7 1/2 sneaker, so I purchased these in 8.
