It provides a durable finish resistant to water, acid, and alkali environments. This formula contains active corrosion inhibitors chemically bonded to an acrylic polymer backbone, hence prevents the tarnishing of silver items for long durations of several years. This one-component acrylic resin lacquer is nontoxic when dry. Surface Preparation: All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust, dirt, wax, grease, glue and other contaminants else adhesion will be affected. Freshly Polished Surfaces: Clean freshly polished surfaces with a soft cloth to remove the dust and dart. Silver Care anti-tarnishing lacquer can be directly applied on the shiny polished silver surface to preserve the metallic luster. Tarnished Surfaces: Remove the tarnish on old, used items by using suitable chemical cleaning agents (SILVOKLEEN Silver Polish can be used) to obtain a clean and shiny surface.
