I read this myself first but not sure if I would recommend.One of two books I bought on this subject. ### ⭐⭐ Welcome to amateur hour *by J***H on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 15 April 2024* I'm sorry but this book is so amateur. It's like the author has just talked into a dictapohone. The 'chapters' are two or three pages long each. There is so much waffle. If you cut out the waffle you'd be left with 20 pages of information. The information that is there is pretty useless. It doesn't provide any worked examples that are of any use. The author keeps using acronym after acronym with no explanation. It's a plain terrible book. Do not waste your time. These books that are produced without going through a publisher but use Amazon publishing are an absolute waste of time. Publishing companies exist for a reason! They're professional, this is not! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Informative albeit with many errors. *by S***L on Reviewed in the United States on 14 February 2024* Umran clearly shows throughout the book his knowledge of the M&A world and the deal process. It is written in very short chapters consisting of two to four pages each. The short chapters enable the reader to easily breeze through the pages and it can easily be read in a couple of days. However, at times, I feel the author did not proof read the book before publishing it. Sometimes ideas brought up do not flow properly. He will mention "three points" he will discuss relating to a topic, but only mention one or two. Furthermore, there is at least one grammar mistake and/or typo per chapter.
