It is sturdy and weighty so you can just grab a post-it note (NB make sure you buy the z-notes as the normal ones won't dispense... there is a pack supplied). The dispenser only works with the specially designed Z-notes, not regular post-it notes, and it works extremely well while keeping my desk looking nice and tidy. I'm not considering having a row of these with different coloured notes in because I like to colour code my notes!
