However the tag managed to survive the trip, unlike my "Tough Tag", so it did the required job, with relatively little visible damage. Plus you can always add the Okoban unique ID to other labels on the same suitcase, for extra assurance. The Okoban service itself seems good and I had no problems registering and uploading a photo of my case (that's a nice touch!). I have every confidence that if my case went AWOL, the Tag + Okoban ID would give the airline everything they need to recover the case.
