Bc of this, it doesn't have to be water resistant, it's literally just a visual concealment device for me. It serves that purpose just fine. My cordless hole punch is a 10.5" variety, with a tall optical device mount, magnifier, a LAM mounted on top, and a WML on the side, so it's rather bulky. The 30-40L cover is what I ordered and it fits my application perfectly.
