Pairing is smooth. Audio/voice quality good for listening (your end) is great, but the person on the other end cannot hear you clearly. I always get the "I cannot hear you. I cannot understand what you are saying. Are you on speaker? Etc..." So, using these as a phone headset is TERRIBLE. Connection between the device and the phone is average, because I constantly hear distortion when just 8-10 feet away from the phone, with absolutely nothing in between the devices. TWS connection takes a couple seconds but it works afterwards. I wish I can return these for a refund. ### ⭐ One Star *by J***S on February 12, 2018* It's suck, work for a week and quick working.
