However, I'm not so sure it would hold up well with constant use as its advertised as a kitchen runner. I might consider it for a floor location that gets lighter use. As others have noted, I did have a problem with two of the corner remaining curled and with a crease after I unrolled it. It's packaged in an unusual roll where they fold over the inner most roll which leads to the corners flipping up and also causing a crease. To make the story short, I tried a few things to try to curl them back and flatten the crease, but after a few weeks nothing worked. What finally worked was to iron it at high heat with a cotton towel between the iron and the carpet so as not to melt the carpet or underside rubber. It is made of high quality material and looks amazing... It is quite comfy to stand on while I'm doing dishes... I've gotten quite a few great comments on this rug... So the moment of truth would be in how it handles the washing machine... I washed it in the washing machine in the regular cycle with laundry soap and softener... It came out of the wash in great shape, no loss of fiber or backing... I let it air dry, as I do with all my floor rugs... This is a very nice rug and I am glad I purchased it... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great little rug *by L***A on Reviewed in the United States on August 24, 2016* We really like this rug. Though we have not washed it yet and have only had it for a month or so, it does a decent job of staying in place and seems to be well constructed. We'll repost when we wash it and see how that goes. The colors are as seen on the page and it looks good. But we are not using it in the kitchen, using it to cover a cable that crosses the hallway entrance and it does a great job. Would have prefered a different design, but the coffee motif is OK, at least the colors in it go with our decor. The light colored background may show dirt a little more than a darker one. Would be nice if they made these with some cool designs like some of the ones available from other producers that have a rubber backing, so are not machine washable.
