I literally pop the cap and let it drip onto my toothbrush, BUT... my mouth and teeth feel cleaner than ever considering this is a low-abrasion formula. Just for reference, I've used another version from this same company, as well as Dave's brand, but this is it - I won't change again. However, I just opened these (purchased August 2025) as I buy in bulk and the two Cinnamint were dated 12/2022 and both were very runny.
