Much to my surprise this cleans pretty well. You have to be reasonable about what you're doing--you can't put a Grand Canyon scratch on anything and expect a polish to remove it. Best I can tell, you would apply this to the entire screen surface as it appears to coat the surface much like a car wax. If you spot it, it looks, well spotty. If you have a plastic dial, watch crystal, etc, a dap of Displex followed by circular rubbing with a clean cloth, supplied, will clear minor scratches. Do not expect this product to clear deep scratches. Displex works by dissolving a micro layer of the plastic and filling in the scratch with the dissolved plastic. Do not hesitate to repeat the process until you are satisfied with the results.
