I have no problem admitting I'm not the strongest man this side of the Pecos but there's no way my core was so bad I couldn't do more than two reps. Sure enough this redesigned ab wheel proves that the older design was far from efficient. My weight going straight down was keeping the wheel from turning, not to mention the stress being put on my wrists. This however gets the job done so well. Resting on the forearms and dispersing the weight among two wheels makes it so I can now get so many reps in that I'm actually having a problem of getting too many in before I realize I over did it. It's also very stable. I don't have to worry about it going out from under me at any point. As for the durability, I feel like it's perfectly fine. A lot of people are flaming it for being plastic like that truck they're several Gs in the hole for isn't mostly plastic. Yeah it's plastic, but it seems to be doing just fine under my 260lbs. No bending or creaking of any kind. The timer it comes with is pretty worthless and the phone holder slot is no good if you have any sort of case on your phone but I never planned on using it anyway. The kneeling pad included is pretty nice but narrow if you have a wide frame like I do. Worked just fine till I was able to replace it with a mechanic grade kneeling pad.
