I was very annoyed as I had to clean it all! I then immediately contacted the seller and asked if they can replace or refund the product as well as whether the open packaging had any impact on the efficiency of the product. I also stated that I would appreciate a timely reply as I urgently need fertilizer for a particular plant.I haven't received a reply for 4 days so decided to use the product. I applied it to most of my potted plants. It's been 10 days and it had absolutely no impact. I used other products with similar ingredients in the last few years and they all kick in within a week. I applied it on about 12 different species of plants, the sick plant had no improvement (it has nitrogen deficiency) and the leaves on my Salvias started to turn yellow. I was fertilising these Salvias for years with different organic products, they never had this reaction! Now I'm not sure what to do, as I want to use another fertiliser to boost the plants, yet I have this powder mixed in the soil and not sure how it will react together with the new one.What a shame! I love to support new organic brands and always try new products to support the sustainable business community. I would not recommend this product, neither will I ever buy anything else from this brand. Not only because it didn't work but mainly because of their customer service.
