Had a break through the pandemic because of shortages and no supplies available and I felt the difference. Have now managed to find a reliable source (hopefully) and already after a couple of months can feel the benefit.

A fiend recommended Regenovex and I have been using them for over a year. My knee and old age (72) have taken their tole but I am relatively pain free and my daily intake of Regenovex gives me a normal life. Very costly product but Boots have a 3 for 2 deal which helps.

**Q: Befor ordering it, What is the expairy date?**
A: The packets always have a long sell-by on them. From memory, about 6 to 12 months. Make sure you get it from Regenorvex direct. I suppose other sellers might haver shorter sell-by dates. The official seller has a long sell-by date. It is a great product by the way. I have taken it for over 10 years. Great for joints, hair, nails and skin. Hope this helps.

**Q: What other substances are included with the capsules/tablets?**
A: Sorry, but I have never used the capsules/tablets - only the gel which one rubs into the relevant area.
