We had rolled ice-cream on holiday done by a professional so were really excited to try this and recreate the delicious ice cream we had.Not going to lie we did not recreate the super tight tasty ice cream rolls we had on holiday but we did manage an acceptable vanilla ice-cream with chopped fruit and sweets.To use its very simple just freeze the plate over night, make your mix and chop and prepare anything you want to add, leave everything in the fridge or freezer until you are ready to go. Pour the mix into the plate and flatten it with the spatulas so it forms a thin layer and added topping as it freezes. Then roll these ice-cream up.
