I will say if they only sent one of each spacer you have to use the smallest one if I’m thinking correct and use a grinder to make two of the same size if it’s on a dually truck. I’m a welder/fabricator by trade so fix was fairly easy. It’s cheaper for a reason the bags hold up well though after 7000 miles. **Q: lower bracket cup for the bracket to sit on the cross beam piece? My kit didnt come with them** A: The bracket cup is located underneath the bottom of the lower bracket, it's not a individual part. **Q: With the rear end at full droop, the bottom is a good 2” from hitting the designed perch mount. Does the system need spacers? 2017 F-350, no lift kit** A: Hi, the designed height of the kit (air bags assembled on mounting brackets) is 423 mm (16.65 inches), so you don't need to use spacers, and please confirm if the height is enough to install the kit. **Q: What fitting size 1/4 or 3/8?** A: The air fitting size is 1/8, mouting hole size 3/8-16Unc ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Air bags *by L***R on January 23, 2025* These air bags compared to other air bags is a good product. Also, a video on YouTube to install. ### ⭐ No instructions cheap *by P***X on November 24, 2024* No instructions so have to go off of airlifts YouTube videos to install the fittings all leak the compressor struggles after 50psi I would pay for the airlift kit. Trash. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ no instructions *by T***R on October 10, 2024* It did not come with instruction on to build and install on the truck. There was no clear directions on how to install. The link they gave online was “broken”. After an hour of searching found some but where not very helpful and skipped important parts. If I had not put another set of these bags on a couple years ago and had kinda of idea how they went together and on the truck, I would have send back and bought airlifts. I honestly would not buy again just for this reason if I was a first time installer of a set of one these. Product itself is seems ok and operates as it should so far.
