Excited to unroll and look at this afternoon, no instructions on using the "super bag pump" system and after a couple of minutes to do 5 puffs gave up and return started....no way would I want to spend hours using the bag to pump in the field....pah

The item's description satates an R-value of 2. The product arrives with a swing tag label stating the R-value is 1.5. That is a very large difference. I found the pad comfortable and easy to use but I am not so sure I have actually got what I thought I would be getting. Subsequently the seller Ultimate Outdoors contacted me and resolved both the listing and my issue with the product – excellent customer service.
