So if you have furniture it'll work around it?** A: Yes you can set up the shelves in any position you want, and readjust because the ceiling connection is spring loaded so you can take it down and move/change if you want. It is easier to assemble if there are two of you. I don’t think it would be good for multiple heavy cats. We “anchored” ours to the wall with a bungee cord just incase there were multiple cats actively playing on it at the same time, but that hasn’t happened yet…. **Q: Is this easy to move to different locations?** A: Yes. Since it’s spring loaded at the top all you would have to do is pull down enough to break the tension and move to another location. I think you would have to make sure it was placed in an area where you could add something to brace it if your cats were heavy. I think it’s meant for kittens, or less lighter weight cats. Mine are 15, 9, and 8 lbs so I anchored to the wall just in case, with a cord just in case they all suddenly got up on it together. I have 1 male cat who is over 15lbs (not fat he's just a big cat) and I have a chunky calico female who is around 12lbs (she's admittedly chubby) and they both force themselves to fit in the little hanging bed. It's very cute. It does wobble a little when they jump on it, however it's very sturdy, the top never lifts or moves from the ceiling. All 3 of my cats use it. Mine is in a corner, however it's not touching the walls on either side, and still very reliable.
