The problem that we had was when he came to fill in the details with the guidance of the flight instructor we found that the columns and spaces for certain categories were either missing or under a different kind of heading in the book which meant that certain things that had to be recorded by law had to be put in under a make shift sort of heading , which made it difficult to open the book and follow the progress easy . So with the knowledge that we now have from the experience and the flight instructor I would not recommend this book to use as your main and important log book . I have now gone out and brought a pooleys pilot log book , which is a little more expensive but if you are like me and having to buy another to make up for the mistake of the first one then the expense is not too bad .
