He is responsive and promptly shipped as promised from his U.S. warehouse. The product itself does everything that it should. Makes a knife-sharp surdy crease and is easy to use. That did not surprise me because I had a previous one that lasted a few decades. The electronics have been updated to add a countdown display, and the useless tie bar is eliminated, which probably helps keep the price reasonable for what the unit does and its life expectancy. I purchased this item as an alternative to ironing because I am lazy.I found that it does a great job at making old creases look like new, and it might even make new creases, but my biggest issue is that there's no way to apply tension to the pants while closing them in the press, so I always have a couple huge unwanted creases pressed into my garment.I resolved this by using the product in conjunction with wrinkle release spray.
