The results were noticeable almost immediately! I thought it made a noticeable difference in my take away, which is a part of my swing I have been struggling with. It forced my arms and torso to stay better connected and under control. The videos started out slow and then added more swing length. By the time I left the range my ball striking and accuracy were noticeably better. Can’t wait to get back to the range and prep for my Saturday round.Super easy to use. I tested it first in my living room (without a ball) and then got it out to the range.
