Make sure the area is free of lotion, perfume, creams, basically anything that could cause pads not to stick. I wet the pads a little bit before placement, it seems to make pads last longer. Turn on bluetooth on your device Open Dr Simms App Press the on button on the tens unit In the Dr Simms app select connect divice. App will let you know when connect. YOU DO NOT GO INTO BLUETOOTH SETTING AND TRY TO CONNECT. The app does not work that way. Once connected choose area you placed device, chose type of treatment, time, and off you go. I also disconnect the device when done and rinse sticky part of pads off before placing on pad savers. It helps remove and dirt, oily, hair, or skin that may have gotten stuck to pad. This helps keep the pad sticky and last longer.
