This means that sometimes the sheets are 9.5 other times 9.9. We make sure the dimensions of all sheets on your order are the same. So if there are 9.6", all 10 sheets will be 9.6" x 9.6". Great for cosplay outfits, solving light leak issues on your camera, and traction pads on slick surfaces. Can be easily cut with an razor blade or xaccto knife. The adhesive seems like it will hold up well. It is sticky but not too sticky.
