Review: Excellent product and wonderful customer service! - FINAL Update: Feel free to see my original review and updates below. I'm very happy to say that the third try did it! Customer service sent me a replacement clock, which also didn't work. They followed up with me again and said that they would be receiving a new batch of clocks with a re-vamped motor in May of 2018. I happily agreed to waiting for the new batch of clocks as I really do like this design. Success at last! I didn't have to follow up as they remembered on their own to send me the new item (SO refreshing). I was happily surprised to receive the package in the mail. The clock has been in my son's room for about a week now and has been working perfectly! It is definitely keeping time. I love the design and style. The clock is extremely light weight and is incredibly easy to hang. There's no fear of damage or injury if it were to fall of the wall because of being made completely of acrylic. At first I thought the clock seemed cheap because of this and now I actually prefer these materials because of the safety reasons. It looks very classy on his bedroom wall. We look forward to having this clock for years to come! Thank you for your excellent customer service; for caring about your products and customers enough to make this right. I would not hesitate to order from this company in the future. Update: ***customer service is AWESOME! **Q: Why are the hour number colors not aligned with the four quarter colors?**
A: I was pondering this - trying to figure out how the offset colors can aid teaching the time. I thought it was some trick I was missing. To find the real reason is "oh well we just did it" drives me insane. I can imagine trying to explain the quadrants to my child and having to specify every single time if i mean the colors of the numbers or the colors in the circle. Stupid design decision. Wont be buying this.

A: Yes, we have it in our homeschool classroom!  I'm teaching my 8,6,5 year olds how to tell time. I love it! : )

**Q: Is the place where the battery goes supposed to have a covering? Ours arrived and does not. Just curious.**

I purchased two clocks to introduce my daughter to telling time (plus we could use an extra clock). It’s appealing to the eye. I love how the hands are labeled; broken into quarters, hours, minutes and seconds so she can see that there are 60seconds in a minute etc. Easy to use wall clock; it was delivered in a timely manner. I had an issue with one of my clocks and Adrian assisted me most excellently. I would say it was the best costumer service I have ever received; friendly, prompt, and professional. I had a genuine feeling of importance; that he values his customers and his business. I would recommend this clock and this business. I will most probably purchase clocks to give as gifts to my daughter’s classmates and friends.
