As it started warming up we stated seeing moisture showing on several ceilings. When I went to our attic to check, we were experiencing sevier condensation inside the attic. Some researched indicated if we vented our attic better the condensation would be resolved. This lead to me bypassing our temperature control for our attic fan to get it running. Low and behold the fan was shot and it had never been set to control humitity. I purchased a new fan motor along with this Dual Thermostat and Humidity control and voila it now automatically comes on in high humidity or high temp situaltions.
