I started drinking 2 cups a day and my pimples disappeared for 6 months. However, I added black tea to it because I don't like the taste. My teeth turned brown and hygienist had a hard time getting stains off. I threw away my tea! So the acne came back along with hair loss within a couple of days. I am buying more now. It is naturally a light green tea so hope my teeth don't turn green. Better that than pimples and hair loss, though. The tea leaves are very lightweight so 1 lb is a lot. **Q: Does the smell last? I have used other bulk brands in the past, and they were fine, however my usual brand was out of stock so I tried this one. This one is so much more fresh than any other brand I have ever tried. The smell is incredible and the leaves are pretty green. It has made my tea experience so much better than I ever thought!! I drink spearmint for my hormones and skin, so I didn’t really care much about the flavor, but after trying this one I will not be going back. My only critique is the packaging, there is no zip tie on it so it is a bummer the freshness can’t be preserved as well, but considering the low cost of the product I could easily transfer it to a large ziplock bag.
