I have 2 iPads 2 PCs (wired connected), three mobile phones and Xbox one, PS2, Amazon Fire TV connected on Wi-Fi with this router my broadband is 60 meg and I haven't had any problems with any of these items.I don't believe for one second that my hub or any of its security is causing a problem with Easybulb set that I have brought.The problem, My-light app finds my wifi straight away when starting the app the problem lies when I plug-in the Wi-Fi box Controler to a power source and press the sync button, nothing happens except a failed connection message on the app. This has happened for almost 2 days that I have been trying to get this equipment to work but without any success, i've tried calling Easybulb telephone Help line: 01612209729 many times and it just rings and rings without anybody answering, i've also watched all the relevant videos on Easybulb website many times making sure that I am not doing anything wrong.SO PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR DON'T WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME ON ANY OF EASYBULB PRODUCTS, ITS ALL JUNK AND DOES NOT WORK, AND WHEN YOU HAVE WASTED DAYS OF YOUR LIFE TRYING TO MAKE IT WORK AND IT DOESNT, THEY WONT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK, IF YOU PERSIST THE SELLERS OF THIS PRODUCT WILL MAKE IT VERY HARD FOR YOU TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Hat erst funktioniert indem ich mich mit dem WLAN des Geräts verbunden habe und mein eigenes WLAN im Web-UI konfiguriert habe.Darüber hinaus ist die Steuerung mehr als gewöhnungsbedürftig.Leider kommuniziert die App dann mit dem Gerät stets über einen Server mit chinesischer Domain, obwohl sich das Gerät und das Handy im selben WLAN befinden. Damit ist es für mich ein klarer Fall für die Mülltonne.
