Pulled air box to the side and popped off with stiff putty knife getting leverage on oil filter cap. Reused original cap but this replacement looked exact same. Lubed the lip of the PCV body with petroleum jelly and carefully positioned in place with the notch lined up and pressed down with 1/2 ratchet wrench levered off engine tab. It seated all the way round and totally fixed problem. Time will tell how long it lasts. I’m happy with purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Diaphragm worked but I could not get the new cap to snap on. *by D***N on November 4, 2025* Item fit my 2015 Volvo 2.5 liter turbo 5 cylinder engine. I could not however get the new cap to snap on to my old oil separator assembly. But I did get the new diaphragm to work with my old cap, although getting it back on was pretty hard. As you can see it in the picture I had to use a long board pry up against the intake manifold and push it down.
