I wouldn’t advocate using a DVD instead of going to a class, as you do need to be corrected and instructed in person. But it is an easy to follow and well made series that is a great way to build on your class.

This type of Pilates from APPI is the same used by my Pilates teacher. It is the toughest and most effective I have ever done. I wouldn’t advocate using a DVD instead of going to a class, as you do need to be corrected and instructed in person. But it is an easy to follow and well made series that is a great way to build on your class.
