Nach dem Austausch blieb die Helligkeit immer auf den gleichen Wert eingestellt. Ich kontaktierte den Service. Ich erhielt innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Nachricht mit einer Beschreibung zur Kalibrierung des Sensors.Leider funktionierte es trotzdem nicht.Nach erneuter Kontaktierung des Serviceteams wurde der Austausch angeordnet.Nun warte ich auf das Ersatzteil und werden nochmals ein Feedback abgeben.Alles in Allem ist der Support wirklich sehr gut!
