It is rock solid and made of heavy-duty steel. It comes with 4 bolts and one spacer plate. To install the hitch receiver on 2022 Lexus GX 460 you need to release the spare tire a little bit (Lexus User Manual has instruction to show how to release spare tire) then ties it back. Overall, I am pretty happy with the quality of the product.
